This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for refunds and cancellations for our software subscription plans.

1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your RadiusRank subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our customer support team at team@radiusrank.com. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to your RadiusRank subscription until the end of your current billing period.
  • Your subscription will not automatically renew after the current billing period ends.
  • We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of your subscription period after cancellation.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscription plans, we generally do not offer refunds for partial or unused subscription periods. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.

2.2 Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscription plans, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with our software within the first 14 days of your annual subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting our customer support team.

After the initial 14-day period, refunds for annual subscriptions are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be prorated based on the remaining unused portion of your subscription.

2.3 Free Trial Conversions

If you upgrade from a free trial to a paid subscription, the refund policy for the corresponding subscription type (monthly or annual) will apply from the date of upgrade.

3. Exceptions

We may consider exceptions to our refund policy in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues that severely impact your ability to use our software
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Other exceptional circumstances at our discretion
